Beach Side Yoga Flow
Wednesday's 7:15 - 8:15am at Whitley Bay Lower Promenade
Monthly Sunday's 9 - 10am + optional sea dip

A 1 hour vinyasa style of yoga class including pranayama (breathwork) and asana (movement) and finishes with a lovely Savasana (relaxation).
Each week varies but has a similar structure.
We work with linking the breath with the movement and sun salutations, keeping a flow to the class from one posture to the next. Options and progressions are offered to make it challenging but also accessible to suit a variety of levels.

Warm & Unwind - Warm Restorative Yoga
